
Timothy Wright, founder of Leading Edge, is an integrative psychotherapist with 12+ years’ experience supporting people in high-pressure roles. He has worked extensively with executives, directors, and senior leaders, with deep insight into the unique stresses of leadership — and how they affect both performance and personal wellbeing.
Alongside his therapeutic practice, Timothy has designed and delivered Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services, gaining broad experience in work-related mental health and organisational wellbeing. He has also researched the realities of leadership in depth, exploring the distinctive challenges that make executive-level support both rare and essential.
