Structural Pressure
Leadership pressure is not an exception.
It is structural.
At senior levels, pressure concentrates.
Responsibility.
Authority.
Scrutiny.
Consequence.
What can be shared downward cannot always be shared upward.
What must be decided cannot always be fully processed.
These conditions compound.
They do not pass.
They accumulate.
Over time, sustained structural load alters how leadership is carried from the inside.
Not visibly.
Internally.
Thinking narrows.
Authority becomes heavier.
Internal range compresses.
Even when capability remains intact.
This is not personal fragility.
It is organisational physics.
Ignoring it does not remove it.
